Product Description
The Ocean Solar AOX-144M10FL is a 520W-535W high-power flexible solar panel designed for low-load rooftops, curved surfaces and photovoltaic projects where conventional glass-and-frame modules may add excessive structural weight. The module combines 144 P-type monocrystalline cells, PERC technology and a lightweight frameless composite structure.
Measuring 2246 × 1185 × 2.6mm and weighing only 8kg, the AOX-144M10FL provides up to 535W rated output and 20.10% module efficiency. Its thin and lightweight construction helps reduce module handling weight and expands the range of roofs and structures that can be considered for solar installation.
The module supports a maximum system voltage of 1500VDC, uses an IP68-rated junction box and is designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Ocean Solar specifies a 12-year warranty for materials and processing and a 25-year extra linear power output warranty.

The AOX-144M10FL weighs approximately 8kg. Ocean Solar specifies the optimized composite construction as approximately 60% lighter at the same power level, significantly reducing module dead load compared with conventional glass-and-frame photovoltaic modules.
Lower module weight is particularly valuable for projects where available roof load capacity, transportation weight or manual handling requirements make traditional rigid modules difficult to use.
At only 2.6mm thick, the flexible module has a significantly lower profile than conventional framed glass modules. The thin construction helps it follow suitable non-flat surfaces and reduces the visual and structural impact of the PV installation.
The module eliminates the conventional aluminium-frame structure. This frameless construction reduces weight and enables installation approaches that differ from standard framed PV modules. The final fixing or bonding method must be selected according to the substrate, wind load, thermal expansion and project engineering requirements.
Ocean Solar uses resin-fiber reinforcement and polymer composite materials to balance low module weight with mechanical support for the crystalline silicon cells. The product datasheet states a resin-fiber modulus of up to 1300MPa.
The self-developed polymer material has specified light transmittance of at least 91%, allowing solar radiation to reach the photovoltaic cells while providing an alternative to the heavy front glass used in conventional modules.
The module construction uses V0-rated flame-retardant materials as part of its lightweight composite design. Project-specific fire requirements and local building regulations should be checked before installation.
The AOX-144M10FL uses 144 P-type monocrystalline cells based on the 182mm cell format. PERC cell architecture provides a mature photovoltaic platform for combining high module power with a lightweight flexible encapsulation system.
The series is available in four power classes: 520W, 525W, 530W and 535W, with module efficiency increasing from 19.54% to 20.10%.
The following electrical characteristics are specified under Standard Test Conditions: 1000W/m² irradiance, AM1.5 spectrum and 25°C cell temperature.

Unlike conventional photovoltaic modules that use heavy front glass and aluminium frames, the AOX-144M10FL uses a lightweight composite encapsulation structure designed around crystalline silicon cells.

Lightweight photovoltaic modules can be considered for commercial or industrial roofs where the additional dead load of conventional glass modules and mounting systems is an important engineering constraint.
The flexible construction allows the module to conform to suitable curved or irregular surfaces that cannot accommodate conventional rigid framed modules. The permitted bending radius and fixing method should be confirmed for each project before installation.
Lightweight modules can also be considered for compatible carports, lightweight shelters and other structures where reducing photovoltaic module mass simplifies structural design.
Ocean Solar specifies a 12-year warranty for materials and processing and a 25-year warranty for extra linear power output for the AOX-144M10FL series. Product warranty and linear power warranty should be presented separately to avoid confusing different warranty terms.

Ocean Solar supports OEM and project-based cooperation for solar distributors, importers, EPC companies and photovoltaic brands. Available customization can include product labels, packaging, cable length and selected module specifications subject to engineering review.
For custom flexible modules, power, dimensions, voltage, substrate requirements and installation method should be evaluated together. Flexible photovoltaic modules should not be selected by wattage alone because the supporting surface and fixing method directly affect long-term module reliability.
The AOX-144M10FL is packed at approximately 70 modules per pallet and 700 modules per 40HQ container. Its 8kg lightweight construction can reduce the total shipping weight associated with high-power PV modules.
In addition to the 520W-535W series, Ocean Solar offers lower-power flexible module options for projects requiring different dimensions, electrical characteristics or installation layouts.
The AOX-144M10FL weighs approximately 8kg. Its lightweight construction is one of the main advantages for low-load roofs and other weight-sensitive photovoltaic applications.
The module is approximately 2.6mm thick, significantly thinner than a conventional framed glass photovoltaic module.
The 535W model has a specified module efficiency of 20.10% under Standard Test Conditions.
The module uses 144 P-type monocrystalline cells based on a 182 × 91mm cell format.
The AOX-144M10FL measures 2246 × 1185 × 2.6mm.
Yes. The AOX-144M10FL uses a lightweight frameless flexible structure rather than a conventional glass-and-aluminium-frame construction.
Typical applications include suitable low-load commercial roofs, curved or irregular roofs, carports and other structures where reducing photovoltaic module weight is important. Structural suitability and the fixing method must be confirmed for each project.
The flexible construction can accommodate suitable curved surfaces. However, the permitted bending radius, substrate condition and installation method should be confirmed before installation to avoid excessive stress on the solar cells.
The maximum system voltage is 1500VDC according to the IEC specification, and the maximum series fuse rating is 25A.
The module uses an IP68-rated junction box. Installation of the complete PV system must still follow applicable connector, cable and waterproofing requirements.
The current product datasheet specifies a 12-year warranty for materials and processing and a 25-year warranty for extra linear power output.
The current packing specification is 70 modules per pallet and approximately 700 modules per 40HQ container.
OEM and project customization can be discussed for labels, packaging, cable length and selected module specifications. Custom module dimensions and electrical requirements should be reviewed by the technical team before production.
