M10 430W-445W Lightweight Flexible Solar Panel

The Ocean Solar AOX-120M10FL is a 430W-445W lightweight flexible solar panel designed for roofs and photovoltaic projects where conventional glass-and-frame solar modules may create excessive structural load. It combines P-type monocrystalline PERC cells with a thin, frameless composite module structure.

Measuring 2246 × 1020 × 2.6mm and weighing only 6.9kg, the AOX-120M10FL delivers up to 445W rated output with a maximum module efficiency of 19.42%. Its low module weight and ultra-thin profile make it particularly relevant to low-load roofs, lightweight structures and suitable non-flat installation surfaces.

The module uses 120 monocrystalline 182 × 91mm cells, an IP68-rated junction box, 4.0mm² output cables and a 1500VDC maximum system voltage. Ocean Solar specifies a 12-year warranty for materials and processing and a 25-year extra linear power output warranty.

Frameless Flexible Construction

The AOX-120M10FL uses a frameless flexible structure instead of conventional heavy front glass and an aluminium frame. This creates additional installation possibilities for suitable lightweight, curved and special-shaped roof surfaces.

The final fixing or bonding method, allowable curvature, substrate condition, wind load and thermal expansion requirements must be evaluated for each project before installation.

Resin-Fiber Reinforced Composite Structure

The flexible module uses resin-fiber reinforcement to improve the mechanical support provided by the lightweight composite structure. According to the current datasheet, the resin-fiber modulus reaches up to 1300MPa.

Ocean Solar also uses self-developed polymer materials with specified light transmittance of at least 91%. This lightweight transparent layer replaces the heavy front-glass approach used in conventional rigid photovoltaic modules.

V0-Rated Flame-Retardant Materials

V0-rated flame-retardant materials are incorporated into the module construction. Final fire-performance requirements should still be checked against the relevant building and photovoltaic standards for the destination market.

PERC Monocrystalline Cell Technology

The AOX-120M10FL uses 120 P-type monocrystalline cells based on the 182 × 91mm cell format. PERC technology provides a mature photovoltaic platform for combining 430W-445W module output with a lightweight composite encapsulation system.

Four power bins are available: 430W, 435W, 440W and 445W. Module efficiency increases from 18.77% for the 430W version to 19.42% for the 445W version.
