Product Description
Ocean Solar AOX-108M10FL is a lightweight, frameless monocrystalline flexible solar panel designed for roofs and surfaces where conventional glass modules may be too heavy or difficult to install. With a rated power range of 390W to 400W, a thickness of only 2.6mm and a weight of approximately 6.2kg, it provides a practical photovoltaic solution for curved roofs, lightweight commercial buildings, vehicles and other load-sensitive projects.
The module uses 108 M10 monocrystalline cells and PERC technology to provide a module efficiency of up to 19.21%. Its glass-free, polymer-based structure reduces module weight and can simplify transportation and installation when compared with conventional framed glass solar panels.
The AOX-108M10FL measures 2246 × 927 × 2.6mm and weighs approximately 6.2kg. Its low weight can reduce the additional structural load placed on rooftops and makes the module easier to handle during transportation and installation.
The flexible module uses 108 M10 monocrystalline cells in a 12 × 9 configuration. Available power ratings range from 390W to 400W, with a stated module efficiency of 18.73% to 19.21%.
PERC cell technology improves light utilization and supports stable power generation under different operating conditions. The selected monocrystalline cells, high-transmittance front material and weather-resistant encapsulation structure are designed to balance efficiency, weight and long-term outdoor performance.
Unlike conventional rigid glass modules, the thin and lightweight structure can be used for selected curved or low-load surfaces. Typical projects include lightweight commercial roofs, membrane roofs, curved metal roofs, vehicle roofs and other installations where structural load and roof penetration must be carefully controlled.
The permissible bending radius, mounting adhesive, substrate compatibility and installation method must be confirmed by Ocean Solar before installation. The module must not be sharply folded, twisted or installed beyond its approved bending limit.

The module combines monocrystalline solar cells with high-transmittance and weather-resistant polymer materials. Its glass-free construction is designed to reduce weight while protecting the cells from outdoor exposure.

Material configurations and bonding methods can vary according to the application. Customers should provide the roof material, surface curvature, installation environment and expected system voltage when requesting a quotation.
The module is designed to operate between -40°C and +85°C. Selected materials are intended to withstand temperature cycling, humidity and long-term outdoor exposure. For coastal, desert, high-wind or high-snow-load projects, the required salt-mist, sand, wind-load and snow-load ratings should be confirmed before ordering.
Ocean Solar performs visual inspection, EL testing and electrical performance testing during production. Certification availability, IEC test reports, fire classification and regional market documentation should be verified for the exact model and destination country before purchase.
The 390W–400W flexible solar module is intended for professional projects that require a lower module weight or installation on selected non-traditional surfaces.
The 6.2kg module can be considered for buildings where the allowable roof load makes conventional framed glass modules difficult to use. A structural engineer should verify roof capacity before installation.
Its flexible construction allows installation on selected gently curved surfaces. The minimum bending radius and substrate requirements must be confirmed for each project.
For compatible TPO, PVC or other membrane roofing systems, an approved adhesive installation method may help reduce roof penetrations. Adhesive compatibility, waterproofing requirements and local wind-load calculations must be reviewed before installation.
Flexible modules may also be considered for selected RV, caravan, truck, boat and mobile energy projects. Installation designs must account for vibration, ventilation, salt exposure, cable routing and electrical-system compatibility.
Installation quality directly affects module temperature, power output and service life. Before installation, confirm the supporting surface is clean, stable, dry and compatible with the approved mounting or adhesive system.
Avoid sharp bending, twisting, stepping on the module, shading the cells or placing the junction box under mechanical stress. Adequate ventilation and heat dissipation should be included wherever the roof and mounting design permit.
A qualified solar installer must verify string voltage, current, cable size, connectors, fuses, isolation devices, MPPT operating range and local electrical requirements before connecting the modules.

Ocean Solar uses automated production equipment and an MES-supported traceability process. Inspection records can include raw-material checks, visual inspection, EL testing and electrical performance testing according to the agreed quality-control plan.
Ocean Solar supports OEM and project-based photovoltaic module supply. Available services can include label and logo customization, packaging design, multilingual documentation and configuration recommendations for different project requirements.
Customized module dimensions, cell formats, voltage requirements or appearance options are subject to technical evaluation, tooling requirements, testing and minimum order quantities. Provide the installation surface, required power, system voltage, annual quantity and destination market when requesting a customized solution.
The stated minimum order quantity for the AOX-108M10FL is one 20-foot container. Standard lead time is generally 7–14 working days after receipt of the deposit, subject to order quantity, production schedule and customization requirements.
Available trade terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF and other negotiated delivery arrangements. Full-container shipment, consolidated delivery and project-based phased shipment can be discussed according to destination and order volume.
Ocean Solar has focused on photovoltaic module manufacturing since 2012 and supplies installers, distributors, EPC contractors and solar-system companies. Its services cover standard module supply, flexible solar panel manufacturing, OEM support, project documentation and international shipping.
Customers can request datasheets, available certifications, warranty terms, packaging information and technical confirmation before placing an order. Project requirements are evaluated according to the installation surface, operating environment, electrical configuration and target market.
The AOX-108M10FL is available in power ratings from 390W to 400W. The exact electrical parameters depend on the selected power class and should be confirmed in the latest datasheet.
The module weighs approximately 6.2kg and measures 2246 × 927 × 2.6mm. This is significantly lighter than many conventional framed glass modules of a similar power rating.
It can be used on selected gently curved surfaces, but it must not be sharply folded or twisted. Send Ocean Solar the roof drawings, surface material and curvature so that the permissible bending radius and installation method can be confirmed.
Installation may use an approved adhesive or a project-specific mounting method, depending on the substrate and operating environment. Surface preparation, adhesive compatibility, drainage, ventilation and wind-load requirements must be assessed before installation.
The inverter or MPPT charge controller must match the module’s Voc, Vmp, Isc, Imp and string configuration. Do not select equipment based only on the 390W–400W power rating. A qualified system designer should verify all electrical parameters.
Daily energy generation depends on peak-sun hours, module temperature, installation angle, shading and system losses. For example, a 400W module receiving five effective peak-sun hours has a theoretical output of approximately 2kWh before temperature and system losses.
Flexible modules may be considered for certain marine and coastal applications. However, salt-mist resistance, connector protection, cable materials, adhesive compatibility and installation details must be confirmed for the specific project.
The listed product warranty is 12 years. Request the current written warranty document for the exact model to confirm coverage, exclusions and the applicable power-output warranty before ordering.
Yes. OEM services can include product labels, logos, packaging and multilingual documents. Custom dimensions, electrical configurations and appearance options require a technical review and may have different minimum order quantities.
Please provide the required power rating, quantity, destination country, installation surface, roof curvature, system voltage, inverter information, required certifications, packaging requirements and expected delivery date. These details help Ocean Solar prepare an accurate technical and commercial quotation.
