Product Description
The Ocean Solar AOX-132G12RHC is a high-power 620W-650W monofacial solar panel based on G12R N-type TOPCon half-cut cell technology. With module efficiency ranging from 22.90% to 24.10%, the series is designed for commercial and industrial rooftops, large ground-mounted solar projects and other PV systems where high power density and efficient use of installation area are important.
The module combines 132 half-cut cells, SMBB interconnection, a white backsheet, 1500VDC system compatibility and a -0.30%/°C Pmax temperature coefficient. The 650W model reaches up to 24.10% module efficiency, helping system designers increase installed capacity while reducing the number of modules required for a target project capacity.

The AOX-132G12RHC series covers seven power classes from 620W to 650W. The highest-power 650W model reaches 24.10% module efficiency, enabling more installed wattage within a given project area and potentially reducing the number of modules, mounting components, cables and installation operations required for the same DC capacity.
N-type TOPCon technology is used to improve cell conversion efficiency while supporting low degradation and strong energy yield. The module also uses SMBB interconnection technology to improve current collection, reduce electrical resistance and increase effective light utilization.
Solar module output naturally decreases as cell temperature rises. The AOX-132G12RHC has a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.30%/°C, supporting stronger power retention in high-temperature operating conditions compared with modules that have a more negative power temperature coefficient.
The specified linear power warranty allows up to 1% degradation in the first year, followed by no more than 0.4% average annual degradation from the second year. This provides long-term output predictability for commercial and utility-scale PV project calculations.

The following electrical values are measured under Standard Test Conditions (STC: AM1.5, 1000W/m² irradiance and 25°C cell temperature). Selecting the correct power class should also take inverter MPPT voltage, maximum DC current, string length and local minimum-temperature conditions into account.

The AOX-132G12RHC uses 132 N-type TOPCon half-cut cells with a high-transmission, anti-reflection coated tempered glass front cover and a white backsheet. The module is encapsulated with EVA and protected by a 30mm anodized aluminum alloy frame.
The module uses an IP68-rated junction box with three bypass diodes and supports a maximum system voltage of 1500VDC. Standard cabling is 1 × 4mm² with 350mm cable length or customized cable options, together with MC4 or MC4-compatible connectors.
Mechanical loading is rated up to 5400Pa for snow load and 2400Pa for wind load. Hail resistance is specified for hailstones up to 25mm in diameter at 23m/s, helping the module meet demanding outdoor installation requirements when installed according to the approved mounting instructions.
Ocean Solar specifies a 12-year warranty for materials and processing and a 30-year warranty for extra linear power output for the AOX-132G12RHC series. The specified degradation profile is 1% in the first year and no more than 0.4% average annual decline from the second year.

High-power G12R monofacial modules are suitable for projects where front-side solar irradiation is the primary source of energy generation and maximizing installed wattage per module is important. Typical applications include commercial and industrial rooftops, utility-scale ground-mounted PV plants, solar farms, agricultural PV projects and other large solar installations.
For rooftop applications, designers should verify roof dimensions, module handling requirements, structural loading, inverter current compatibility and local installation regulations before determining the final system layout.
A monofacial solar panel is designed primarily to generate electricity from sunlight reaching the front surface. The AOX-132G12RHC uses a white backsheet and is suitable for installations where rear-side irradiance contributes little additional energy.
Bifacial modules can generate additional power from reflected light reaching the rear side when they are installed above reflective or unobstructed surfaces. Monofacial modules can therefore be a practical option for conventional rooftops and other applications where rear-side solar gain is limited or unnecessary.
Ocean Solar uses automated module production processes covering cell interconnection, string layout, bussing, EL inspection, lamination, framing, curing, electrical testing and final packaging. Multiple inspection stages are used to identify cell and module defects before shipment.
