High Power Density in a Compact 1762 × 1134mm Format

The AOX-144M10RHC reaches up to 475W within a 1762 × 1134mm module footprint. This compact format is designed for residential and distributed commercial rooftops where available installation area, module handling and installed DC capacity must be balanced.

The 475W model reaches a published module efficiency of up to 23.80%, supporting high installed power per square meter where usable roof area is limited.

Higher module power can also reduce the number of modules required for a specified DC array capacity compared with lower-wattage modules of a similar physical size. Final system economics depend on module layout, inverter configuration, mounting system, labor and other balance-of-system requirements.

N-Type TOPCon and SMBB Cell Technology

The AOX-144M10RHC uses 144 N-type TOPCon half-cut cells combined with SMBB interconnection technology. TOPCon passivated-contact architecture is designed to reduce carrier recombination losses and support high photovoltaic conversion efficiency.

Half-cut cell architecture reduces current through individual cell sections, while multi-busbar interconnection provides multiple current-collection paths across the solar cell.

The current product information also identifies low-light performance and anti-PID design among the module characteristics.

Monofacial Dual-Glass Module Construction

The AOX-144M10RHC is configured as a monofacial module for front-side photovoltaic generation while using a glass-glass laminate structure for module protection.

The module uses 2.0mm high-transmission AR-coated tempered front glass and 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass with EVA encapsulation.

A 30mm anodized aluminium-alloy frame, IP68-rated junction box with three bypass diodes, 4mm² photovoltaic cable and MC4-compatible connectors complete the module construction.

-0.29%/°C Pmax Temperature Coefficient

Solar module power decreases as cell temperature increases. The AOX-144M10RHC has a specified Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C.

This parameter is particularly relevant to rooftop photovoltaic systems where module temperature can rise significantly above the 25°C Standard Test Condition reference during periods of strong solar irradiance.

The specified Voc temperature coefficient is -0.25%/°C and the Isc temperature coefficient is +0.045%/°C. These values should be included in system yield calculations and cold-weather string-voltage calculations.

Mechanical Strength for Rooftop PV Systems

5400Pa Front-Side Load

The module specification states a maximum front-side mechanical load of 5400Pa. Final structural suitability depends on the approved mounting configuration, clamp position, support structure and project-specific roof conditions.

2400Pa Rear-Side Load

Rear-side mechanical load resistance is specified at up to 2400Pa. Mounting rails, clamps and roof structures should be selected according to module installation requirements and local wind-load calculations.

Hail Impact Resistance

The current specification lists resistance to a maximum 25mm diameter hailstone at an impact velocity of 23m/s.

1500VDC System Design

The AOX-144M10RHC supports a maximum system voltage of 1500VDC under the stated IEC specification and has a maximum series fuse rating of 30A.

Final string length must consider module open-circuit voltage, minimum site temperature, inverter maximum DC voltage, MPPT operating range and applicable electrical requirements.

Module operating current and short-circuit current should also be checked against inverter MPPT input-current and short-circuit-current limits before finalizing the array design.
