Product Description

The CHN-750W-HC-DG is a 730W-750W high-power HJT bifacial dual-glass solar module designed for utility-scale, commercial and industrial photovoltaic projects. The series combines 132-cell large-format module architecture with 2.0mm + 2.0mm glass construction and delivers up to 750W front-side rated power.
Module efficiency ranges from 23.50% to 24.10%, while the -0.24%/°C Pmax temperature coefficient supports stronger power retention as module temperature rises. The bifacial design can also utilize rear-side reflected irradiance when installed in an appropriate elevated and reflective environment.
The module measures 2384 × 1303 × 33mm, weighs approximately 36.5kg and supports a maximum system voltage of 1500VDC. It uses an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes and is specified for up to 5400Pa snow load and 2400Pa wind load.

Solar module output decreases as cell temperature increases. The CHN-750W-HC-DG has a specified Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C, helping limit temperature-related power loss in high-temperature operating environments.
This characteristic is particularly relevant to utility and commercial projects in high-irradiance regions where module temperatures can remain well above the 25°C STC reference temperature during peak generation periods.
HJT architecture is commonly selected for projects that prioritize temperature performance and bifacial generation. With transparent rear glass, the module can collect reflected irradiance reaching the rear cell surface.
Actual bifacial energy gain is site-specific and depends on albedo, mounting height, row spacing, tilt angle and rear-side shading. Project yield should therefore be modeled using actual installation conditions rather than a fixed percentage.

The module uses 2.0mm anti-reflection coated front glass and 2.0mm high-transparency rear solar glass. The dual-glass structure protects the encapsulated solar cells from both sides while allowing rear-side irradiance to contribute to photovoltaic generation.
The current product datasheet also states environmental testing for salt mist, ammonia corrosion, sand blowing and PID resistance, making the module relevant to projects that require additional environmental durability assessment.

The module datasheet specifies resistance to a maximum tested snow-side load of 5400Pa. Final mounting design must follow the installation manual, local structural calculations and the required safety factor.
The specified rear-side mechanical load is 2400Pa. Clamp position, tracker compatibility and mounting-system engineering should be confirmed for each project.
An IP68-rated junction box with three bypass diodes provides outdoor electrical protection and supports module operation when localized shading affects part of the photovoltaic circuit.
The current CHN-750W-HC-DG datasheet specifies an anodized aluminum frame. The existing Ocean Solar product page also describes a steel-frame project option. If a steel-frame version is required, its weight, coating, mechanical load rating and packaging configuration should be confirmed separately in the project quotation.
| Selection Factor | Aluminum Frame | Steel Frame Option |
| Weight | Lower structural weight; current datasheet version uses anodized aluminum. | Typically heavier; confirm final module weight before ordering. |
| Corrosion Protection | Anodized aluminum surface for outdoor PV applications. | Requires appropriate anti-corrosion coating for project environment. |
| Typical Use | Utility, C&I and conventional mounting systems. | Can be evaluated for project-specific ground-mount requirements. |
| Before Ordering | Confirm clamp zones, mounting manual and tracker compatibility. | Confirm availability, coating, weight, load rating and certification. |
The module supports a maximum system voltage of 1500VDC and a maximum series fuse rating of 35A, making it suitable for appropriately designed high-voltage commercial and utility-scale strings.
Final modules-per-string calculations must consider module Voc, the minimum project design temperature, inverter maximum DC voltage, MPPT current limits and applicable electrical codes.
Up to 750W front-side module power can reduce the number of modules required for a given DC capacity compared with lower-wattage modules. This can influence mounting quantity, electrical connections, handling and installation productivity at large project scale.
The large-format bifacial module can be evaluated for compatible tracker projects. Tracker structural compatibility, module clamp zones, wind-load requirements and electrical current limits should be confirmed during system design.
High module power can be valuable for large commercial and industrial projects where developers want to maximize installed capacity and reduce module count. Roof structural capacity must be evaluated because the module is approximately 36.5kg.
Bifacial modules can benefit from rear-side reflected irradiance in suitable agrivoltaic, desert, light-colored ground and elevated mounting environments. Actual bifacial gain should be calculated from project-specific albedo and array geometry.

High-power HJT modules require consistent control of cell inspection, interconnection, encapsulation, lamination and electrical performance. Module quality control can include incoming-material inspection, EL electroluminescence inspection, flash testing, insulation testing and final visual inspection before packaging.
The current product datasheet states that the modules undergo full-piece EL inspection as part of production quality control.

The current product materials reference photovoltaic quality, safety and environmental testing. Buyers should request the latest certificates applicable to the exact module model and destination market before project approval or tender submission.

The current datasheet specifies 34 modules per packaging unit and approximately 612 modules per 40-foot container. Actual loading quantity should be reconfirmed with the commercial quotation because packaging configurations may vary by frame, cable and project requirements.
Optional configurations shown in the current datasheet include original MC connectors, 1200mm cable length, black frame and black glass. Availability should be confirmed before order placement.
The current CHN-750W-HC-DG datasheet specifies a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. These should be displayed as two separate warranty terms rather than describing the module simply as having a 30-year product warranty.
The published linear warranty curve shows approximately 99.0% warranted power after year 1, 96.3% at year 10 and 90.3% at year 30, subject to the applicable warranty document and contractual terms.
The current CHN-750W-HC-DG datasheet identifies this series as an HJT bifacial dual-glass module. The product should therefore be described as HJT rather than TOPCon unless a different updated datasheet is supplied for a separate version.
The series covers 730W, 735W, 740W, 745W and 750W front-side rated power classes under Standard Test Conditions.
The detailed electrical table specifies module efficiency up to 24.10% for the 750W version.
The current datasheet specifies dimensions of 2384 × 1303 × 33mm.
The anodized-aluminum-frame version is specified at approximately 36.5kg.
Yes. It uses a bifacial dual-glass architecture with high-transparency rear glass. Rear-side energy contribution depends on reflected irradiance reaching the rear surface.
The specified Pmax temperature coefficient is -0.240%/°C. The Voc coefficient is -0.220%/°C and the Isc coefficient is +0.040%/°C.
The specified NOCT maximum power ranges from approximately 557W for the 730W model to 572W for the 750W model under the defined NOCT test conditions.
The maximum system voltage is 1500VDC and the maximum series fuse rating is 35A.
The current datasheet specifies 2400Pa wind-side load resistance and 5400Pa snow-side load resistance. Installation must follow the applicable mounting manual and structural design requirements.
