Whether for backup power support in industrial and commercial scenarios, daily electricity consumption and energy storage needs of household users, or off-grid power supply in areas without grid coverage, the 6kW/16kWh All-in-One ESS (Model: OCE-AIO6016) can provide strong and stable power support. This product integrates an inverter, energy storage battery, and BMS (Battery Management System) into one. It features dual charging modes (solar and mains power), paired with an ultra-wide MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) voltage range and millisecond-level UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) switching function. It easily copes with high-power electricity scenarios and serves as a highly efficient and reliable "all-round energy storage power station".

1. 16kWh Large Capacity + 6kW High Power, Meeting Diverse Electricity Demands

Equipped with a high-quality lithium battery pack, the rated energy storage capacity reaches 16kWh (under 25℃ and 0.5C working conditions), and the usable energy remains 16kWh at 90% Depth of Discharge (DOD). Matched with a 6kW rated output power and 12kVA surge power, it can drive various high-power devices to operate stably for a long time. For example, it can supply continuous power for comprehensive household loads (including refrigerators, air conditioners, lighting, etc., with a total load of approximately 3kW) for more than 5 hours, and for small industrial and commercial equipment (such as small water pumps and office equipment clusters) for more than 2 hours. It fully covers the high-power and long-duration electricity needs of scenarios such as household backup, industrial and commercial emergency, and off-grid power supply. Meanwhile, the battery has excellent cycle performance and can still maintain stable output after long-term use, with outstanding durability.

2. Dual Charging Modes + Ultra-Wide MPPT Range, Enabling Efficient and Flexible Energy Replenishment

· Solar Charging: Adopts a dual-MPPT design, with a maximum input current of 19A for a single MPPT and a total solar input power of up to 9000W. The MPPT working voltage range is as wide as 80-520VDC, and the maximum solar open-circuit voltage is 500VDC. It can efficiently capture the electric energy generated by solar panels under different light intensities, and maintain stable charging even when the light fluctuates. The charging efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary energy storage equipment.

· Mains Charging: The maximum AC charging current is 120A, and the total current of solar and mains charging can be coordinately controlled at 120A, which not only enables fast energy replenishment but also avoids overload risks. It is compatible with multiple mains voltage specifications (208/220/230/240VAC) and meets the grid standards of most regions around the world, making energy replenishment convenient and efficient.

3. <10ms UPS Switching, Zero Interruption for Emergency Power Supply

As an integrated energy storage device, it has a built-in UPS function, with a switching time of less than 10ms when the mains power is cut off. This is much lower than the tolerance threshold of most devices for power supply interruption (for example, computers, servers, and precision instruments usually require a switching time of less than 20ms). This means that when the mains power is suddenly interrupted, devices with high requirements for power supply stability, such as refrigerators, routers, and small household medical equipment (like household oxygen concentrators), can achieve seamless connection. · Output Quality: The AC output is a pure sine wave, complying with international power supply standards. The output voltage is stably maintained at 208/220/230/240VAC, the frequency is 50/60Hz±0.1%, the Power Factor (PF) is 1, and the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is extremely low. It can supply power to various loads such as household appliances, industrial and commercial equipment, and outdoor tools through standard sockets, avoiding damage to devices caused by non-sine wave output and extending the service life of electrical equipment.

5. Comprehensive Safety Protection, Ensuring Worry-Free Use

It is equipped with a complete BMS and overall machine protection mechanism, providing multiple core protections:

· Battery Side: Supports under-voltage (40.5VDC)/over-voltage (54.5VDC) protection and over-current protection (current limiting for maximum charge/discharge current of 100-150A).

· Overall Machine Side: Features overload protection (in battery mode, it can operate for 60s under 102%-110% load, 10s under 110%-130% load, 3s under 130%-150% load, and triggers protection after 0.2s under >150% load), short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection (operating temperature: -10℃~50℃). It monitors the operating status of the device in real-time, effectively avoiding safety risks such as overload, overheating, and short-circuit, and ensuring the safety of the device and users.

6. Smart App Management + Clear Status Monitoring, Enabling Convenient Control of Electricity Use

· Smart Management: Supports remote management via the Smart App. Users can check key data such as remaining battery power (SOC), input/output power, and operating mode (grid-tied/off-grid/UPS) in real-time on their mobile phones. They can also switch operating modes and set charging thresholds (such as solar charging priority) remotely, enabling flexible regulation without on-site operation.

· Local Monitoring: Equipped with an LCD Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for intuitive display of device operating parameters. It also supports RS232/RS485/CAN wired communication and built-in WiFi wireless communication, which can be connected to household or industrial and commercial monitoring systems for easy centralized management and maintenance.

7. IP21 Protection + Wide Temperature Adaptation, Ensuring Stable Operation in Multiple Environments

The product has an IP21 protection rating, which can effectively block the intrusion of solid foreign objects (with a diameter >12.5mm) and vertical dripping water. The operating temperature range is -10℃~50℃, the storage temperature range is -15℃~60℃, and the relative humidity range is 5%-95% (non-condensing), enabling it to adapt to the climatic conditions of most regions in China. The maximum operating altitude is 4000m (derating is required when the altitude is above 1000m), which can meet the electricity needs in plateau areas.
